Private Collection

One of the best parts of Neon Esquire is the number of times we get to emphatically say, "Yes!" Our diverse experience and abilities enables us to serve the fashion community in a multitude of ways. As a result, we frequently get asked to be a part of unique, once in a lifetime sorts of projects that really get us excited. Currently we are working with Patric Richards, owner of Mona Williams in Northeast Minneapolis, on a very special event that has us fan-girling all over the place. We're helping Patric organize one of the largest personal collections of luxury designer fashion we've ever seen and we're enjoying every minute of it.

The collector was particularly interested in supporting American fashion designers. She was close personal friends iconic American fashion designer, Bill Blass. As such she has a massive collection of his pieces from the 70s and 80s. She was also enthralled with CHANEL during the 90s and so there are some stunning and notable pieces from Karl Lagerfeld as well. During the 2000s she was entranced by Oscar de la Renta. Many of the Oscar pieces still have tags on them and she even has pieces from the designer's final collection. All these garments are mixed in with some killer vintage Yves Saint Laurent, Ungaro, Lanvin, Chloe, Halston...just to name a few. The best part is you can actually shop this collection. Mona Williams is currently selling tickets to the preview night party:

Join us as we present one incredible woman’s collection of designer vintage apparel, shoes and bags. The collection spans five decades and includes some exceptional pieces from the greatest labels and stores in the world, The chance to see this incredible collection is a treat in itself, but the opportunity to purchase is extraordinary. All ticket proceeds from this evening will be given to organizations that support fashion programming in the Twin Cities.
