All the images, text and original design on the Site were taken, sourced, edited and formatted specifically for the Site, unless otherwise cited, and all are copyright product of Neon Esquire, LLC, 2010-2015.
It is expressly forbidden to reproduce, replicate or use any text, mark, photographs or original design concept from this Site without prior authorization from the Founder first. Permission may be obtained by emailing the Founder before using any copyrighted material or any other material relating to branding, brand imaging or name usage which includes any personal names or images of Neon Esquire, LLC volunteers, employees. contractors or members on the Site.
If permission is granted to another party by the Founder to use, replicate or reproduce any of the aforementioned items, all usage must be properly credited, linked, marked and identified.

Neon Esquire, LLC reserves the right to host giveaways. All giveaways are subject to the Minnesota State Sweepstakes Laws and you may be asked to sign a contract in agreement with the terms of the giveaway.

Neon Esquire, LLC is currently in the process of trademarking the name “Neon Esquire” and “Element.” Neon Esquire, LLC intends to use these names for an indeterminate amount of time.

We will not collect personal information from you when you visit our website unless you provide the information to us voluntarily and knowingly. Square processes credit card transactions using encryption and other security measures to make sure it is extremely difficult for anyone to steal personal information. Square does not retain credit card information nor does anyone at Neon Esquire, LLC have access to your personal or credit card information. When processing credit cards through the Site for circumstances such as services, products, tickets sales etc., we use a different third party, Stripe (https://stripe.com) as required by our Site host, Squarespace (www.squarespace.com). Stripe also processes credit card transactions using encryption and other security measures to make sure it is extremely difficult for anyone to steal personal information. Stripe does not retain credit card information nor does anyone at Neon Esquire, LLC have access to your personal or credit card information. Personal Information Security and How We Use Your Information
We use the same security measures and industry-standard security protocols for online personal information that you submit as we do for credit card transactions. Neon Esquire, LLC will not sell, trade or share personal information about our site visitors, customers, clients nor anyone else. Neon Esquire, LLC will not send mailings to our site visitors, customers, clients nor anyone else on behalf of third party organizations, unless those site visitors, customers or clients have given us specific permission to do so.
If you provide Neon Esquire, LLC with personal information when you visit our website, we may use the information in our programs and activities.
